• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Attention and focus to concentrate on a task over time and pivot quickly between tasks.
• Commitment to patient safety through accurate prescription labeling and verification.
• Provide compassionate patient service and resolve insurance or medication issues.
• Support immunizations and cooperate with Pharmacy Technicians.
