Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Maintain patient safety and accurate dispensing.
• Supervise and coach pharmacy team during shifts.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
