Qualifications

• ACPE accredited IV Certification required.
• 1+ years related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares compounded sterile products using aseptic technique and CAPS SOPs.
• Reviews orders and prescriptions for admixing and dispensing.
• Assists in supervision of IV technicians, interns and other staff.
• Ensures compliance with State Board of Pharmacy and regulations.
• Maintains inventory and troubleshoots equipment; supports operations.
• Provides after hour On-Call coverage as needed.
• Maintains positive relationships with customers and staff.
• Performs quality control and participates in CQI programs.
