Job summary

Rx relief is seeking a driven, proactive Pharmacist to help shape a pharmacy operation from the ground up in the Fairfield, NJ area.

If you are looking for more than just a routine job and want true ownership over your work, this is your chance to build something meaningful. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM (No nights or weekends!). We offer relocation/traveler support for the right candidate, and the compensation is $65.00 per hour for a full-time role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy experience in any setting.
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in New Jersey.
• Retail pharmacy background welcomed; LTC experience ideal but not required.

• Maintain strict adherence to pharmacy laws, regulations, and quality assurance standards.
• Exercise high attention to detail in order accuracy, drug utilization, and record-keeping.

• Leadership & Ownership: A desire to take total initiative and shape a pharmacy environment from step one.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of previous pharmacy experience in any setting.
• Retail pharmacy background is welcomed.
• Long-Term Care (LTC) experience is ideal, but not a deal-breaker.
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in good standing in the state of New Jersey
