Job summary

Rx relief is seeking a driven Pharmacist to help shape a pharmacy operation from the ground up in the Fairfield, NJ area. This role offers ownership and a Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule with no nights or weekends.

You will lead daily operations, ensure compliance with laws, and drive long-term success with precision and a growth mindset. Active NJ Pharmacist license and 1 year of pharmacy experience are required; retail background is welcome.

Qualifications

• Active NJ Pharmacist license required.
• Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy experience in any setting.
• Retail pharmacy experience welcomed; LTC experience ideal but not required.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of previous pharmacy experience in any setting.

  • Retail pharmacy background is welcomed.

  • Long-Term Care (LTC) experience is ideal, but not a deal-breaker.

• Licensure: Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in good standing in the state of New Jersey
