Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a dependable licensed Pharmacist for an onsite, part-time role (minimum 24 hours per week) in New Jersey. The primary schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM EST, with overtime start times as needed. Occasional support on first shift may be required.

The position pays $60 per hour and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible candidates. You will verify prescriptions, oversee pharmacy technicians, manage inventory, and perform quality

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Pharmacist license in NJ and NY.
• 1+ year of experience as a licensed Pharmacist.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Windows, and MS Word for document handling.

Responsibilities

• Verify prescriptions and prescription data for accuracy.
• Oversee Pharmacy Technicians and inventory personnel.
• Organize workload, set priorities and complete assignments efficiently.
• Perform final quality checks before medications are packed and shipped and ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws.
• Support QA standards and improvement initiatives.
• Lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
• Utilize robotic automation at a basic operational level.

Pharmacist – Onsite | Part‑Time (24+ Hours/Week)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable Licensed Pharmacist for an onsite, part‑time role (minimum 24 hours/week). The primary schedule is Sunday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM EST, with extended overtime start times (2:00 PM on Sundays, 2:30 PM on weekdays as needed). There may also be occasional support needed on first shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM EST.

Pay Rate: $60/hr

Primary Responsibilities

• Verify Prescriptions and prescription data for accuracy
• Oversee Pharmacy Technicians and inventory personnel
• Organize Workload, set priorities, and complete assignments efficiently
• Perform Final Quality Checks before medications are packed and shippedEnsure Compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws
• Support QA Standards and improvement initiatives
• Lift up to 25 lbs as needed
• Utilize Robotic Automation at a basic operational level
• Work primarily in a standing/walking environment
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in New Jersey and New York
• 1+ years of experience as a licensed Pharmacist
• Proficiency with MS Office, Windows, and Microsoft Word (create, edit, save, send documents)
• Ability to navigate Outlook and conduct Internet searches
• Ability to work designated shift and flexible hours

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail pharmacy, hospital, or managed care
• 1+ years of experience in fulfillment or mail‑order pharmacy
• PBM or Managed Care Experience
