You will drive end-to-end payment flows, introduce new rails, and deliver a delightful experience for customers and end users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager building software products.
• Experience building payments products spanning ACH, Wire, RTP, FedNow, and checks.
• Analytical and strategic with a track record of using data to validate assumptions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high-level decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payments product strategy, from vision to production.
• Partner with Design to craft best-in-class payments experience for real estate closings.
• Integrate with multiple payment rails to maximize speed and value for customers.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to ship milestones delivering value fast.
• Work with Strategy, Legal, Risk, Operations, Bank Partners, and Product Marketing.
• Maintain a prioritized roadmap balancing customer value and technical risk.
• Write clear product requirements documents with success criteria.
• Analyze adoption data to sharpen priorities and improve the product.
