Job summary

Hims & Hers seeks a Staff Graphic Designer to lead packaging and print collateral design that reflects our brand across US and international markets. You will drive the visual language, ensuring consistency while adapting designs for regional needs and regulatory requirements.

You will manage production files, collaborate with regional teams, and coordinate with printers to ensure high-quality results on time.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or related field.
10+ years of professional design experience in print and/or packaging.
Strong portfolio showing typography, layout and print design expertise.
Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma; Keyshot is a plus.
Knowledge of dieline/structural design, color management and regulatory labeling standards.

Responsibilities

Lead packaging and print collateral design across domestic and international markets.
Develop packaging strategies that differentiate on shelf and align with brand.
Collaborate with regional teams to localize design work and ensure global consistency.
Prepare production files with dielines, finishes, colors and print specs; oversee proofs.
Coordinate with printers and vendors to translate design intent accurately.
