Hims & Hers is seeking a Staff Graphic Designer to lead packaging and print collateral design for US and international markets. You will drive the graphic language and strategy across product lines, ensuring brand consistency and quality while adapting designs for regional markets.

Reporting to the Director of Packaging Design, you will collaborate with regional teams, production, and marketing to deliver visually compelling packaging that resonates with diverse audiences and meets

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor-level degree in design or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional design experience in print/packaging.
• Strong portfolio showing typography, layout and print emphasis.
• Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; good with Figma; Keyshot preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead packaging design for domestic and international markets from concept to production.
• Develop packaging strategy to differentiate on shelf and communicate benefits.
• Collaborate with regional teams to localize layouts and messaging while maintaining brand consistency.
• Prepare production files with dielines, finishes, color specs, and print requirements.
• Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure design intent is realized.
