Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in design program management or creative operations, with meaningful time in healthcare, consumer goods, or a regulated packaging environment.
• Proven track record building processes from scratch and configuring operations for scale.
• Broad packaging program expertise from kickoff to finish, with a history of preventing typical issues.

Responsibilities

• Define the global operating system for packaging programs, including frameworks, decision models, and guiding principles.
• Lead as internal SME for global packaging program management across design, legal, supply chain, and marketing.
• Architect end-to-end program models for packaging and print graphics across regions (AU, CAN, UK) with regional partners.
• Develop compliance checkpoints and translate regulatory requirements into clear briefs and criteria for designers and legal.
• Partner with designers throughout brief to final production, protecting intent while ensuring feasibility and quality.
