Hims & Hers is seeking a Staff Graphic Designer to lead packaging and print collateral design across US and international markets. You will shape the graphic language, ensure brand consistency, and adapt designs for regional needs while collaborating with regional teams and production partners.

Reporting to the Director of Packaging Design, you will manage multiple projects, oversee dielines and proofs, and drive typography, layout, and color management across global launches.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Packaging Design.
• 10+ years of professional design experience in print and/or packaging.
• Strong portfolio showing typography, layout, and print design.

Responsabilidades

• Lead conceptualization and design of packaging solutions for domestic and international markets.
• Develop and implement packaging strategies that communicate product benefits and differentiate on shelf.
• Collaborate with regional teams to tailor designs for local markets while preserving global brand consistency.
• Prepare and manage production files, dielines, finishes, colors, and print specs.
