Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Staff Graphic Designer to lead packaging and print collateral design across US and international markets. You will drive the graphic language and strategy with a focus on consistency, quality, and regional adaptation, reporting to the Director of Packaging Design.

You will collaborate with regional teams and production to create packaging solutions that are visually compelling and strategically sound, balancing brand identity with local market requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional design experience in print or packaging.
• Strong portfolio showcasing typography, layout, and print design.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma; Keyshot preferred.
• Familiarity with packaging regulations and international labeling standards.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging design from concept to final production files for global markets.
• Develop packaging strategies that communicate product benefits and differentiate on shelf.
• Collaborate with regional teams to localize packaging and messaging for local markets.
• Prepare dielines, finishes, color, and print specs; review proofs and press checks.
• Coordinate with production, vendor, and marketing teams to ensure feasibility and brand alignment.
• Oversee multiple regional workstreams with attention to detail.
