You will define frameworks, drive cross-functional collaboration across design, marketing, supply chain, and operations, and lead global packaging initiatives.

You will thrive in ambiguity, establishing structures, and guiding future DPMs with clear governance.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in design program management or creative operations, with healthcare/packaging experience.
• Proven ability to build processes from scratch and influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience designing prioritization frameworks and operating systems for design programs.

Responsibilities

• Define global packaging program management standards and operating framework.
• Lead regional packaging programs across multiple markets with cross-functional teams.
• Build capacity dashboards and tradeoff conversations for leadership.
