Job summary

NetDocuments is seeking a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer to help shape next-generation document management systems at scale. You will drive design, architecture, and delivery of event-driven platforms powering front-end and back-end solutions for a global customer base.

You’ll work at the intersection of backend architecture, cloud-native infrastructure, and full stack development, guiding teams toward technical excellence, integrating AI-driven services, and enabling seamless semantic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering delivering production-grade applications at scale.
• 5+ years in technical leadership and development roles using OCR technologies.
• Proven track record of building scalable applications still in production.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for document content extraction and transformation on AWS.
• Lead architectural decisions that use OCR technologies such as Tesseract and Apryse.
• Design event-driven architectures using AWS, Kafka, and modern data pipelines.
• Build production-grade applications across C#/.Net, AWS services, and extraction/ transformation tech.
• Design scalable APIs (REST, GraphQL) enabling front-end and third-party integrations.
• Integrate AI-driven services to increase backend efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure security, performance, and compliance across implementations.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into solutions.
