NetDocuments is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to shape the next generation of our document management platform.

You'll lead technically, guiding architecture across React, TypeScript, Node.js, C#/.NET, and AWS, partnering with Product, Design, and Platform Services to deliver scalable, secure systems for global customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Deep experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and backend stacks.

Responsibilities

• Define technical direction and engineering standards.
• Lead architectural discussions across frontend, backend, and distributed systems.
• Design scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable applications.
• Build production‑grade full stack apps using React, TS, Node.js, C#/.NET, AWS.
• Design event‑driven architectures and robust APIs (REST/GraphQL).
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with product/design teams.
