Job summary

BaneCare Management LLC is seeking compassionate and experienced Staff Nurses to join their team at Hancock Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Quincy, MA. The position offers flexible shifts, with pay ranging from $42 to $47 per hour, plus shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid RN MA State License.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and complete assessments.
• Assess residents and coordinate with physicians.
• Develop, write, execute, and monitor care plans.
• Maintain the safety of residents.
• Follow regulatory guidelines.

Requirements for Staff Nurse:

• Must possess valid unencumbered, RN MA State License and current CPR certification

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university

• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred

Job Duties for Staff Nurse:

• Administer Meds, Complete Assessments, and ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents.

• Assess residents and coordinate with Physicians on plan of care

• Develop, Write, Execute, and Monitor Care Plans for resident safety and wellbeing.

• Maintain safety of residents.

• Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines.
