Job summary

Hancock Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Quincy, MA is currently seeking Staff Nurses. The role offers part-time shifts across all shifts and per-diem opportunities, with a RN MA state license and CPR certification required.

You'll administer meds, complete assessments, develop and monitor care plans, and coordinate with physicians to ensure residents receive high-quality care. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401k match, tuition reimbursement, vacation and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must possess valid unencumbered RN MA State License and current CPR certification.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer meds, complete assessments, and ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents.
• Assess residents and coordinate with physicians on plan of care.
• Develop, write, execute, and monitor care plans for resident safety and well‑being.
• Maintain safety of residents.
• Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines.
