Job summary

Hancock Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking Staff Nurses to join a compassionate team near Quincy. The role involves administering medications, assessments, and coordinating care plans for residents in a rehabilitative setting.

Part-time, all shifts, with shift differentials and a supportive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, 401k match, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off. LPN license and CPR certification required.

Qualifications

• Must possess valid unencumbered LPN MA State License and current CPR certification
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Administer Meds, Complete Assessments, and ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents.
• Assess residents and coordinate with Physicians on plan of care
• Develop, Write, Execute, and Monitor Care Plans for resident safety and wellbeing
• Maintain safety of residents.
• Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines.

Education
