Job summary

The Bostonian Nursing Care & Rehabilitation Center, a 121-bed skilled nursing facility in metro Boston, MA, is seeking Staff Nurses for multiple shifts. Located near Route 93 and public transport, the center offers short-term rehab, long-term care, and respite services with a compassionate care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (RN/LPN).
• Valid, unencumbered MA RN or LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, complete assessments, and deliver required care.
• Assess residents and coordinate with physicians on care plans.
• Develop, write, and monitor care plans for resident safety and wellbeing.
• Maintain resident safety and comply with regulatory guidelines.
• Follow all appropriate regulations and facility policies.

Requirements for Staff Nurse:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Valid, unencumbered, state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), in the state of Massachusetts
• Current CPR certification
• One year of skilled nursing facility experience, preferred
• Bilingual or Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Job Duties for Staff Nurse:

• Administer Meds, Complete Assessments, and ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents.
• Assess residents and coordinate with Physicians on plan of care
• Develop, Write, Execute, and Monitor Care Plans for resident safety and wellbeing.
• Maintain safety of residents.
