Job summary

The Bostonian Skilled Nursing Home & Rehabilitation, located in Dorchester, MA, is seeking a Staff Nurse (RN/LPN) to join our compassionate team. We offer full- and part-time shifts, competitive pay with shift differentials, and a robust benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Administer meds, complete assessments, and ensure care is delivered to residents.
• Assess residents and coordinate with physicians on plan of care.
• Develop, write, execute, and monitor care plans for resident safety and wellbeing.
• Maintain safety of residents.
• Follow regulatory guidelines.

RN $43-$47.50/hr. plus $1.50-$3.50 shift differentials

• Part-Time All Shifts
• Full-Time 7a-3p

Requirements for Staff Nurse:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
