BaneCare Management LLC is seeking a compassionate Staff Nurse for The Bostonian Nursing Care & Rehabilitation Center in Massachusetts. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a newly renovated skilled nursing facility that is dedicated to exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Valid, unencumbered state licensure as RN or LPN in Massachusetts.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Preferred one year of skilled nursing facility experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and complete assessments.
• Assess residents and coordinate care with physicians.
• Develop and monitor care plans for residents.
• Maintain the safety of residents.

Requirements for Staff Nurse

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Valid, unencumbered, state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), in the state of Massachusetts
• Current CPR certification
• One year of skilled nursing facility experience, preferred
• Bilingual or Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Job Duties for Staff Nurse

• Administer Meds, Complete Assessments, and ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents.
• Assess residents and coordinate with Physicians on plan of care
• Develop, Write, Execute, and Monitor Care Plans for resident safety and wellbeing.
• Maintain safety of residents.
• Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines.
