Saint Elizabeth Home in East Greenwich, RI is seeking a Staff Nurse (RN) for day, evening or night shifts. NEW Increased Pay: $42.50 - $50.50/hour based on experience, plus $2/hour for evenings and $5/hour for nights.

The position leads daily nursing operations, coordinates staff, administers medications and treatments, maintains documentation, and works with physicians, residents and families to develop individualized care plans on our non-profit campus.

• Coordinate staff assignments and provide guidance, training, and performance development.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide direct nursing care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care plans per regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams on care plans.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and ensure adequate supplies and resources.

PLUS Additional Shift Differentials - $2/hour for evening shift & $5/hour for night shift PLUS option for Enhanced Pay without benefits

What You'll Do as a Staff Nurse (RN):

• Lead and supervise daily nursing operations to ensure quality resident care and compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Coordinate staff assignments, provide guidance and coaching, and assist with employee training, orientation, and performance development.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide direct nursing care while monitoring resident health and responding to changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, care plans, physician orders, and resident records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Promote a resident-centered environment by supporting quality improvement initiatives, ensuring adequate supplies and resources, and maintaining high standards of care.

Staff Nurse (RN) Qualifications:
