Saint Elizabeth Home in East Greenwich, RI is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time or part-time roles on day, evening, or night shifts. New increased pay ranges from $42.50 to $50.50 per hour based on experience, with additional shift differentials available.

Formación

• Current Rhode Island RN license.
• Leadership and supervisory abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise daily nursing operations to ensure quality resident care and compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Coordinate staff assignments, provide guidance and coaching, and assist with employee training, orientation, and performance development.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide direct nursing care while monitoring resident health and responding to changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, care plans, physician orders, and resident records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Promote a resident-centered environment by supporting quality improvement initiatives, ensuring adequate supplies and resources, and maintaining high standards of care.

What You'll Do as an RN: Registered Nurse:
