Job summary

Plan A Health seeks an experienced RN to provide specialized nursing care with a family-centered, patient-centered, and evidence-based focus. You will assess, plan, implement, and direct nursing care across all ages, while leading and mentoring staff and ensuring safety and quality improvements.

The role requires Ohio RN licensure, BLS, and a BSN or progress toward it within five years, with preference for prior healthcare experience and EMR proficiency.

Qualifications

• RN license in Ohio is required and BLS certification.
• BSN or enrolled in BSN program with plan to obtain within 5 years.
• Experience preferred in acute or clinical settings.

• Utilize informatics and technology effectively, including electronic medical records.
• Participate in organizational-wide assignments based on patient needs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks accurately.
• Experience working with diverse organizational levels; healthcare experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; EMR experience preferred.
• Current RN license in Ohio, BLS certification, and a BSN (or obtaining within 5 years).
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience preferred.
