Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred; pediatric ambulatory care experience is a plus.
• Mentors and precepts new staff, assesses clinical competency, and participates in staff evaluations.
• Collaborates on staff education, discharge planning, and consults as directed, ensuring comprehensive patient care.
• Demonstrates leadership, strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Works effectively with various organizational levels and promotes teamwork to deliver exceptional service.
