Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide inpatient, patient-centered nursing care during hospitalization. You will coordinate with healthcare teams to plan for quality outcomes and ensure safe, compassionate care.

You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, monitor progress, and educate patients and families. The role requires adherence to safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards, with emphasis on performance

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license in the applicable state with current BLS certification.

Delivers and documents nursing interventions, administers medications, monitors patient progress, and provides education and discharge planning. Recognizes and addresses changes in patient condition, implements specialized care such as restraint and pain management, and reports risks or abuse. Communicates effectively with patients, families, and team members, ensuring confidentiality and service excellence.

Qualifications and Skills:
