Job summary

Plan A Health seeks an experienced RN to provide specialized nursing care with a family-centered, patient-centered, and evidence-based focus. You will assess, plan, implement, and direct nursing care across all ages, while leading and mentoring staff and ensuring safety and quality improvements.

The role requires Ohio RN licensure, BLS, and a BSN or progress toward it within five years, with preference for prior healthcare experience and EMR proficiency.

Qualifications

• RN license in Ohio is required and BLS certification.
• BSN or enrolled in BSN program with plan to obtain within 5 years.
• Experience preferred in acute or clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and direct nursing care within scope of practice.
• Deliver physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety care for patients of all ages.
• Perform leadership, mentorship, and precepting of new staff.
• Uphold quality improvement, safety, and systems-based practices.
• Collaborate with provider staff to promote efficient operation and high-quality care.
• Utilize informatics and technology, including EMR, effectively.
• Participate in organization-wide assignments based on patient needs.
• Perform other duties as required.
