CARIN Alliance in Oregon is seeking a Staff Nurse to deliver specialized, family-centered care. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for individuals or groups while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
The role requires an RN license (Ohio) with a BSN to be completed within 5 years, BLS certification, and at least one year of healthcare experience. Onsite, evenings and full-time, with potential area assignments as needed.
The Staff Nurse provides specialized nursing care within a family-centered approach, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care for individuals or groups.
Perform patient-centered care, lead and mentor staff, participate in quality improvement, support collaboration among providers, utilize evidence-based practices, and operate within system-based and informatics frameworks. They may be temporarily assigned to different areas based on patient needs.
Require a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (or to be obtained within 5 years), RN licensure in Ohio, Basic Life Support certification, and at least one year of healthcare experience preferred. Must possess strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills, with the ability to work under pressure and in a team. Experience with electronic medical records (e.g., EPIC) and Microsoft Office is preferred.
Includes participating in staff education, supervision, and other assigned tasks to ensure quality care. The role is onsite, full-time, and involves working primarily during evening hours.
