Springside Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center in Pittsfield, MA, is hiring licensed practical nurses to join our skilled nursing facility. We offer part-time and full/part-time shifts, with competitive hourly wages and a sign-on bonus.

Join our team of compassionate caregivers and clinical staff dedicated to exceptional resident care. As an LPN, you will take vital signs, monitor patients, document records, and provide routine care tailored to individual needs.

Qualifications

• Possess an active, unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse license in MA.
• Clinical experience in sub-acute and/or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Monitor patients and chart medical records accurately.
• Plan and manage patient care according to each patient's needs.
• Provide routine care for patients and observe health changes.
