Job summary

Springside Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center in Pittsfield, MA, is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for part-time and full/part-time shifts. Pay ranges from $35 to $39 per hour with $1–$4 shift differentials and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Work at 255 Lebanon Ave, Pittsfield, MA, in a state-of-the-art facility with a compassionate, multi-disciplinary team. Requirements include an active, unencumbered MA LPN license and preferred clinical experience in sub-acute or long-term care.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in MA.
• Clinical experience in sub-acute and/or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs
• Monitor patients and chart medical records
• Plan and manage patient care according to individual needs
• Provide routine nursing care for patients
• Observe patients' health and condition changes
