Springside Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center in Pittsfield, MA is hiring a Night Nursing Supervisor (RN/LPN) for 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. Springside, a BaneCare facility, seeks qualified nurses to oversee 11PM-7AM staff and ensure high-quality resident care.

The role offers $37–$47.50 per hour with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and shift differentials. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401k, and tuition assistance. Must hold RN or LPN license and CPR; LTC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess valid RN or LPN license and CPR certification.
• Must have minimum 1 year experience in long-term care; 2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 11PM-7AM nursing staff (RNs and CNAs).
• Welcome admissions and oversee discharges; coordinate patient referrals.

Requirements for Nursing Supervisor:

• Must possess valid unencumbered, RN/LPN State License and current CPR certification
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
• Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting preferred.
• Must have minimum of one year experience in long-term care
• Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred

Job Duties for Nursing Supervisor:

• Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges
• Supervision of all 11PM-7AM Nurses and CNAs
• Manage staffing changes
• Support family inquiries and screen visitors
• Coordinate patient/resident referrals with central admissions
• Ensure high quality resident/patient care
• Provide support to ancillary staff as needed
