Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Illinois with current credentials.
• BLS/CPR and ACLS certification preferred or obtained within 6 months.
• Minimum 2 years stepdown/telemetry experience required.
• Excellent attendance and strong communication skills with patients and team.

Responsabilités

• Develops and implements the patient's plan of care with input from family.
• Collaborates with healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Verifies orders and documents care in the electronic medical record.
• Acts as advocate for patients and families and supports staff development.
