• Intermediate computer skills with the EHR system.

Responsibilities

• Develops and updates patient care plans based on assessment and input from the patient and family.
• Collaborates with health care team to promote effective patient care.
• Verifies orders and documents in the EHR.
• Engages patients and families to educate and respond to changing needs.
• Assists as Charge Nurse when assigned and supports staff growth.
