Qualifications

• Eligibility for licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in Illinois.
• Current BLS/CPR and ACLS certifications.
• Two years nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and updates patient care plans based on ongoing assessment.
• Collaborates with health care team to promote effective patient care.
• Verifies orders from physicians and documents in the EMR.
• Engages patients/families to educate and support care plans.
• Assists and educates patients; responds to changing needs as required.
• Supports leadership activities and serves as resource when needed.
