Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in computer science or a quantitative discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated applied AI/ML experience in production settings.
• Strong judgment on AI systems, with measurable results and clear limits.
• Rigorous data understanding, evaluative templates, and thorough error analyses.
• Solid software engineering judgment and ability to prototype ideas.

Responsibilities

• Tackle the hardest, most ambiguous problems and deliver a clear, ship-ready solution.
• Set cross-team standards for evaluation methods, modeling patterns, and quality bars.
• Own readiness for flagship AI systems from framing to production monitoring.
• Mentor senior scientists to multiply impact across the team.
