Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in computer science or a quantitative field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 6 years of applied AI/ML experience with production systems.

Responsibilities

• Take on the hardest, most ambiguous problems and deliver clear, shippable solutions.
• Set cross‑team evaluation standards, modeling patterns, and quality bars.
• Lead readiness for flagship AI systems from framing to production monitoring.
• Mentor senior and lead scientists to multiply impact.
• Advise leadership on where the science should invest.
