Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in CS or quantitative field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years of applied AI/ML experience with production systems at scale.
• Ability to define, measure, and communicate the limits and risks of AI systems.
• Strong data-driven reasoning and rigorous evaluation practices.

Responsibilities

• Take on the hardest, most ambiguous AI problems in the portfolio and produce clarity and a shippable solution.
• Set cross-team standards for evaluation methods, modeling patterns, and quality bars.
• Lead readiness for flagship AI systems from framing through efficacy studies and monitoring.
• Mentor senior and lead scientists to multiply impact.
• Advise Applied Science leadership on future directions and investment.
