You will own readiness for flagship aiR systems, from problem framing to production monitoring, in partnership with engineering.

You will mentor senior scientists, influence investment directions, and help scale reliable AI systems across the Applied Science org.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent professional experience in AI/ML.
• Proven ability to ship reliable AI/ML systems at scale.
• Strong scientific and analytical rigor in evaluations and error analyses.

Responsibilities

• Take on the toughest, most ambiguous problems and deliver clear, shippable solutions.
• Define cross-team standards for evaluation methods, modeling patterns, and quality bars.
• Own readiness for flagship AI systems from framing to production monitoring with engineering partners.
• Mentor senior and lead scientists to multiply impact across teams.
• Advise Applied Science leadership on future science directions and investments.
