A strong background in scripting and requirements management is essential. The role requires US citizenship and an active DoD Secret Clearance with potential for Top Secret.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 12+ years of experience for BS, 10+ years for MS, 8+ years for PhD.
• US Citizen with active DoD Secret Clearance, current and within scope.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance and SAP approval.
• 5 years of physics-based modeling and simulation.
• 5 years of scripting (Python, C++/C#, MATLAB, SQL, R).

Responsibilities

• Support development and integration of physics-based predictive models and simulation frameworks for cruise-missile accuracy performance.
• Conduct maturation, validation, and verification of accuracy error models using data.
• Perform post-flight estimation and analysis of missile accuracy, producing technical reports and presentations.
• Develop and trace requirements for modeling, simulation, and analysis tools; manage change-requests and ERB processes.
• Support agile development practices using Jira/Confluence to manage tasks and deliverables.
• Support mission-effectiveness trade-studies and propose alternative architectures.
