Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM field from an accredited university with 12 years with BS, 10 years with MS, or 8 years with PhD.
• Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance at time of application.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance and SAP approval within company timelines.
• 5 years of physics-based modeling and 5 years of scripting experience (Python, C++, SQL, MATLAB, R).

Responsibilities

• Support development and integration of physics-based predictive models and simulation frameworks for cruise-missile accuracy performance.
• Conduct maturation, validation, and verification of accuracy error models using test data.
• Perform post-flight estimation and analysis of missile accuracy with reports and presentations.
• Develop and trace requirements for modeling, simulation, and analysis tools; manage change requests and ERB processes.
• Support agile development practices using Jira/Confluence to manage tasks and deliverables.
• Support mission-effectiveness trade-studies and recommend alternative architecture solutions.
