Job summary

Rezilient Health is seeking a Staff Mobile Engineer to own the technical strategy and architecture for the member mobile app, the primary way our users access care.

This role is a hands-on senior leader who will drive a multi-quarter rebuild, set engineering standards, and mentor front-end and mobile engineers.

You'll partner with Product and UX to deliver a seamless, secure, scalable app that supports PHI handling, health data integration, and reliable patient experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years software engineering with mobile focus.
• 7+ years shipping native mobile apps (iOS/Android).
• Experience owning mobile architecture at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define mobile strategy and architecture for iOS/Android.
• Lead rebuild of member app alongside brand launch.
• Set standards for performance, security, accessibility.
• Build release pipelines and ensure crash-free releases.
