Job summary

Cincinnatus LLC is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to own features end-to-end on its Android and iOS apps, with occasional contributions to backend services, APIs, and web components. You will use AI tooling as part of daily workflows and collaborate across product and UX teams.

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role placed within a large enterprise client’s engineering organization as part of their extended workforce.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features for native mobile apps (Android Kotlin).
• Contribute to backend services, APIs, and web apps when needed.
• Use AI-powered coding tools to understand unfamiliar code and deliver quality.
• Participate in technical design, code reviews, and production support.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and partner engineering teams and mentor others.
