ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer for Moveworks in the AMS region. You will help build a search relevance platform, combining IR and NLP to retrieve and rank text snippets from diverse sources, enabling enterprise QA experiences.

You will collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams to implement ranking features and experiments, measuring performance and impact in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in traditional information retrieval techniques or ML-based ranking models.
• Ability to derive insights from query logs analysis to improve search quality.
• Background in text processing, information retrieval, natural language understanding, or machine learning.

Responsibilities
