• Experience mentoring engineers and leading design reviews.
• Generative AI use with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own design and delivery of production ML systems across the org.
• Define strategic roadmaps with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead high-impact ML projects end-to-end from architecture to production.
• Build scalable, secure ML systems and evaluation pipelines.
• Mentor engineers and set team standards for design/testing/observability.
• Drive security, responsible AI, model quality, and architectural integrity reviews.
