Job summary

Agility Robotics seeks a Staff Manufacturing Quality Engineer to lead factory quality across final assembly, sub-assembly, and testing. You will own line quality, process capability, and quality gate containment for electromechanical systems on site in Salem, OR.

You will drive PFMEA, QCPs, SPC, Gage R&R, Cp/Cpk, and use 8D and DMAIC methodologies with cross-functional teams. This role includes NPI-to-production transitions, strict inspection criteria, and ongoing Pareto analyses for executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent required.
• 8+ years in manufacturing quality or advanced manufacturing.
• Experience with complex electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Strong knowledge of SPC, Gage R&R, Cp/Cpk, PFMEA, and control plans.

Responsibilities

• Own factory quality and yield performance metrics across lines.
• Design and execute SPC, Gage R&R, Cp/Cpk analyses.
• Develop PFMEA and QC Plans and drive CAPAs.
• Lead 8D, DMAIC, 5-Why, Ishikawa investigations.
• Audit NPIs for production readiness and line tooling.
• Define standardized inspection criteria and fixtures.
• Publish Pareto analyses and QA status updates for leadership.
