Job summary

Agility Robotics is seeking a Senior Manager, SQE to lead global supplier quality and incoming material controls. You will shape strategy, build a world-class team of SQEs and IQC inspectors, and ensure components meet stringent design, reliability, and compliance standards before entering production.

You will partner with Design, Supply Chain, Operations and Compliance to scale APQP activities, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement across the supply base.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Quality Engineering, Global Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Operations experience.
• 3+ years in direct management or leadership role.
• Authorized to work in the USA and able to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a global SQE/IQC team across supplier quality and incoming material control.
• Drive APQP/PPAP, FMEA, control plans, and supplier performance dashboards (DPPM, SCAR, yield).
• Oversee IQC lab, sampling/testing optimization, MRB, ECOs and continuous improvement.
