Job summary

TE Connectivity seeks a Staff Manufacturing Engineer to serve as a senior technical leader driving manufacturing improvement strategy. You will resolve complex manufacturing challenges, reduce scrap, improve yield, and align engineering priorities with business goals across cross-functional teams.

You will mentor engineers, lead RCCA investigations, and apply advanced analytical methods (8D, DMAIC, DOE) to deliver measurable performance gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 15 years of manufacturing engineering or related experience with leadership in investigations and improvements.
• Experience leading RCCA investigations and implementing corrective actions.
• Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with JMP, Minitab, Python, SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic manufacturing improvement roadmaps focused on scrap reduction, quality, and yield.
• Direct and mentor senior and junior engineers; organize cross-functional teams.
• Drive RCCA investigations using 8D, DMAIC, DOE and related methods.
• Develop and sustain manufacturing controls, PFMEAs and control plans.
