Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking an R&D Manager, Core Manufacturing Process Technology within the Digital Data Networks unit. You will lead a global team to identify and deploy new manufacturing processes for high‑speed interconnect platforms, coordinating with MPDE, Manufacturing, Quality and Procurement to ensure scale‑up and production readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Materials/Chemical/ Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• 10 years in manufacturing process development and deployment in high-complexity environments.
• 3+ years in technical leadership and people management in a global setting.
• Deep expertise in metal stamping, injection molding, electroplating, precision machining, electronics assembly, or related tech.
• Strong knowledge of PFMEA, SPC, DOE and related quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead global team to identify, develop and deploy new manufacturing process technologies.
• Drive multi-year strategy and roadmap for advanced manufacturing capabilities.
• Collaborate across Manufacturing Process Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and engineering groups.
• Foster partnerships with academia, startups, vendors and technology partners.
• Deliver engineering evaluations and technical recommendations for product readiness.
