Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical education preferred.
• Experience with mechanical/electrical troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation.
• Experience supporting manual or automated manufacturing equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on technical support to operators on manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform setup, adjustments, changeovers, preventive maintenance, and installations.
• Lead or support root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities for poka-yoke, process standardization and continuous improvement.
• Train operators on processes, equipment operation and standardized work.
• Assist Manufacturing Engineers with studies and process improvements.
• Collect and analyze manufacturing data for troubleshooting and decisions.
• Create and revise work instructions and floor documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality and Maintenance to resolve issues.
