Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Staff Logistics Analyst in San Antonio, TX. The role requires secure handling of property inventories, equipment transfers, and government documentation within a multi-person contractor/government team.

The candidate must hold an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI or be able to obtain SCI, with 4 years of related experience. Maximo and ServiceNow experience preferred. Travel up to 25% within Central Texas and a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI or the ability to acquire SCI.
• 4 years of experience overseeing property inventories, transfers, and accountability across a large asset portfolio.
• 2 years of experience analyzing contracts and support docs for maintenance/logistics requirements.
• Experience using integrated logistics and asset management systems to track property and equipment lifecycle.
• In-depth knowledge of DA PAM 700-142 and/or equipment sanitization/disposal procedures.
• Experience with warehouse logistics and updating part lists using Maximo or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistics support to a diverse customer base within a complex contractor/government team.
• Oversee property inventories, transfers, and accountability across a large asset portfolio.
• Review government documentation (DD forms) and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure on-time delivery and task alignment.
• Develop and implement process improvements to boost performance and efficiency.
